I was in need of two exterior French doors. I did my due diligence and called three companies to get quotes. The Window and Siding Source was the first company I had come to my house. I absolutely loved how professional Patrick was. He was very knowledgeable. What I loved most was he gave me a quote right then and their but there was NO pressure to commit. He knew I had two other companies coming and he said to take my time. I waited over a week for the other two companies to give me my quotes. All three companies were using the ProVie door so I was able to compare apples to apples. The Window and Siding Source was the cheapest by quite a bit. The doors came quicker then expected and the installation was flawless. My doors look amazing. As an added bonus, I had a piece of Plank Siding that was in need of repair. They came and replaced it even though they were not the original installers. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

I had a fantastic experience with Pat Pimmel at The Window and Siding Source. We were in the market for new siding for our house and had gotten a few different quotes from some of the canvassers that came through our neighborhood. I also gave Pat a call as well when I saw his ad in a local flyer, and the experience was great. Total different experience than the others as he had a very laid back personality and style and I appreciated it. There was no pressure from him to choose their product, and he even had some good remarks about one of the other contractors I had received a quote from. The install was just as great of a process and out house looks AMAZING!! One specific I wanted to note: Ryan, who was our contact for the installation, had the siding delivered in our driveway the Friday before they were scheduled to start the job on Monday. We forgot to mention to him that we were having a birthday party that weekend and noticed when we got home that we didnt have half of our driveway to use. Ryan and Pat both ended up coming out the next morning to move the materials around to the side of the house for us. Very impressed by this.

I mistakenly said they didn't follow up but realized it was actually the opposite. They were diligent and called a few times, when we were originally collecting siding replacement bids from a few companies. Very courteous and friendly, knowledgable as well. Speaking with them know about possibly replacing a window.

Everything went smoothly and came out great. Thank you Patrick for making this a wonderful experience our house is now a beautiful home, thanks again.
